Sensomatic is our latest automatic chain grinder equipped with a sensor module on the front feeder. This means that it has all the grinding properties of the Triplematic and can also start grinding anywhere on the chain without running the risk of the head going into the wrong tooth. All angles, heights and lengths can be set according to the chain manufacturer’s recommendations and the speed can be increased or decreased steplessly. Also new at Sensomatic is the rider’s grinder, which has been switched up to a higher speed. On the new stand, the air operated chain tensioner is designed with two different support wheels to fit all lengths and pitches of chain from 1/4” to 404” including the North American favorite 3/8” Skip tooth. To ensure a good working environment and a better grinding result, extraction, air cooling and a flexible Led lamp are included as standard. The natural choice for those who work with many different chain divisions in a professional environment.
